Spring is only a couple of months away, and we have already begun preparations for this years Pace At The Pointe 5K Run / 1 Mile Walk! The race will be held on Saturday, April 22nd at our Linden Pointe facility. Registrations are now being accepted, and can either be completed online by visiting www.runsignup.com/Race/PA/Hermitage/WholeLifeServicesPaceatthePoint , or by downloading and completing the .pdf form below.
