If you are a WLS Consumer or Staff person and did not have your professional portrait taken on the original picture day (6/14/19), WLS is hosting a make-up day 8-22-19 @ Linden Pointe (ATF), Starting at 9:00 AM.

About the event
Picture Packages will be offered for all WLS Consumers & Staff to purchase. It is not required to purchase anything, however, we are asking that ALL Consumers & Staff take a photo. These photos will then be published in an upcoming photo book or calendar, (created by the agency) and will be able to to be purchased as a keepsake.
This is an opportunity for all consumers who attend Whole Life Services, Inc. to have a professional portrait taken by: James H. Pitts Photography. Various packages and pricing available (starting at $7.00 & up). Package information/ Payment Envelopes will be sent home the week of June 14th. Full Payment and Package Choice envelope are due back on Friday, June 14th.
To obtain a Consent Form and a Photo Package envelope (or if you have any questions), please contact: Barb Chavers (724)877-5057 or Jackie Keck (724)877-1255. Consent Forms are due back by Friday, June 7th. You may also obtain a consent form HERE
**We ask that all Consumers complete/sign a Consent Form in order to have your portrait published in the photo book or calendar. If you are a Parent or Guardian of one of our Consumers, we ask that you please give consent for your family member's photo to be used to complete our photo book or calendar.
